Collective Gift Card - online platform
Project Overview
A conceptual project of digital platform, which innovates the traditional approach of gift card purchase. The platform facilitates combining credits from multiple gift cards as well as creation of fund-rising events and experience purchases.
My Contributions
Being the only person starting the project I was responsible for conducting the validation research, product requirements, wireframes creation as well as communication with the designer.

The initial research involved qualitative interviews conducted with the potential users, namely people between 20 -40 years old. I chose a campus of one of the Danish university to conduct the research. Based on the interviews I could validate the business case as well as create personas. Next, I outlined main use cases of the platform and created user journeys and product requirements. Having that in place wireframes on the MVP were created.

I have cooperated with a designer in order to finalize the prototype. In order to maintain a transparent communication I provided him with personas as well as user stories to understand the context of the page. Moreover, he was provided with site-map and wireframes supported by the requirements and inspirational visual elements to assist creating visual identity of the product. The design had two iterations separated by a Wizard of Ozz usability test.
